SP4 install

I installed SP4 for Win2000 about four hours ago, after
the installation of the SP the setup window showed a
message that said running processes after install. This
was over four hours ago as I said. The progress bar on the
download screen shows as being done, but nothing is
happening. The Task Manager shows both the download screen
and install window as running. It has been over an hour
since the progress bar on the download window showed
complete. HOW MUCH LONGER DOES THIS GO ON?????

It should install immediately and be done in about 20-30
minutes.
For some reason downloads don't initiate. Reboot. If it
doesn't launch automatically, unhide "hidden files and
folders" and look into a folder named WUTemp. Each
download goes in there and has it's own folder. The SP4
package ought to be named "w2ksp4_en.exe" or something
like that. Just fire it off again. It ought to finish in
20-30 minutes.
