sound recorder

my sound recorder is missing....also i can not find
file sndrec32.exe...............i did reinstall
windows xp and went from fat32 to ntsf

help

Louis , did you look in C:\Windows\System32 Folder? Do a System File
Check
Start>Run type: sfc /scannow Have the winxp cd in the cdrom
drive.
