Sorting Outlook Contacts

My boss's contacts will not sort by "company" - when I select "current view"
then "by company" - his displays the exact same way as "by category". My
outlook works perfectly fine; I am not sure what to look for, in order get
his settings straightened back out...!! Thanks so much! ~Cara
