Outlook 2000 Sorting Problem

When my boss goes into his contacts folder, it is set to Address Cards View.
The problem is that the gray strip at the top of each contact contains the
ADDRESS of the contact...not the name and it is sorting them by the numerics
of the address. How do I change it so that the name shows up in the strip.

I have been messing around with Customize Current View and Sort By and I
cannot figure it out. He had a problem with his personal folders which
resulted in my renaming his mailbox.pst, creating a new one and importing his
folders and mail. Before this, his contacts DID sort by name.

By the way...we do NOT run Exchange Server. We are running MSMail.

When you go to Customize Current View, Fields..., which ever field is the
first on the right pane, that is the field that appears in the gray strip,
so I suggest using Full Name or File As at the top of that list.
