solution for blocked outbox doesn't work!

Hi, I have one message stuck in my outbox, so now all my outgoing mail is
blocked. I already tried the solution that Mr. Gary Vandermolen suggested;
downloading that safety program by Microsoft, but it doesn't help..Mr.
Vandermolen mentions something about antivirus program. Well, this morning my
Norton- try- out license expired but I don't like the programs so I tried to
remove it and downloaded the free AGV system, witch seems to be working well
according to friends. I couldn't download it because I seem to have, already,
another anti- virus programme..could this still be Norton? Did I do something
wrong so no my outbox is blocked? Can anyone help me?

Did you click on the downloaded file to install it?

Any uninstall of Norton antivirus should be followed up by their
debris removal tool:
http://service1.symantec.com/Support/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2005033108162039

When you install AVG, select custom install and disable the mail scan
option.

thnak you very much for the good tips regarding norton & avg! I did all you
said and now, Norton is gone and AVG is up and running.
But I've still got one problem left: I can not send any emails and there is
still that one mail that is stuck in my outbox...I installed the downloaded
file, but still nothing happens..
Any ideas?

Move any messages that will move, from your Outbox to the Drafts Folder.

Go here and download WMutil http://www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/Default.aspx

Read all the instructions, especially the red sections.

Run it and see if this will remove the stuck message?
