Slow Copies SBServer 2003 to SBServer 2003 using XP Pro

Recently installed new server running Small Business Server 2003

If I am at an XP Pro client and use explorer to copy a file from a
folder on a mapped drive on the server to another folder on the same
mapped drive on the server then the copy is very slow.
Copying files from server to client drive is fast and pushing files up
to the server is fast.
Server to server copies using a 98 client is fast.

I have read with interest the other postings about slow copies from XP
pro to Win2000 server... but my issue is a little different.

I have checked the registry on both machines for the TcpAckFrequency
registry key - it does not exist on either machine.

We are using TCP/IP protocol only (No NetBui)

Any Ideas ?
