Shortcut / Hyperlinks?

Hi everyone

I want to send a message to 30+ colloeagues that contains a shortcut/hyperlink to a file that is located on a network drive

Before I had XP - I used to click on the attach icon (paper-clip) and a 'select file' dialogue box appeared
On the box were.......Three radio button
One of those was insert as 'shortcut
That would be selected and all recipients of my message then recieved a shortcut to the desired file

I cannot see this feature in XP

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is driving me nuts

Kind Regard
