Insert As Shortcut option missing from Attach file dialog box

Hello All,
When I click on Attach file Icon and choose a file to be attached and when I
click on Insert button on attach file dialog box on the bottom right corner.
I get all options on one of the computers (Insert , As text, as attachment
and as shortcut) but in other computer I donot get "Insert as Shortcut"
option.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Shez

Same version of Outlook? ... and that would be? Checked all of the mail format settings? Using Word as the editor (except for Outlook 2007)?

Just change the format of the email to Rich Text and it will re-appear. Just
where you expect it to be.

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!
