Setup cannot copy speech.dll

We have a trouble repairing Windows 2000 Server. We created Emergency
Recovery Disk and System State Backup. One day the system crashed
completely. We use the original Windows 2000 with SP3 bootable CD-ROM and
choose repair with Emergency Recovery Disk option. While copying files it
brings the message "Setup cannot copy speech.dll". Also it cannot copy some
other files and then install crashes. We're trying to change hardware
components - all the same. Please tell me if you know the solution.

Hi Igor,
Verify that the Windows 2000 CD-Rom isn't scratched or dirty (fingerprints,
smudges). If it's dirty, try cleaning with a CD cleaning kit; if scratched,
try another CD, or have the scratches removed at a computer tech shop.
