Hello
Windows Xp sp3 Office 2003 with as many updates applied as I can find...

Outlook
User opens a message all looks fine
he does REPLY
the body of the document moves down to open an ara for the reply to be typed
into
when the original text is moved dowm on the screen the font changes to an
alnost unreadable (Cabrili ?) this users tools-->options-->mail format
for fonts specifies to "always use my fonts"

If I forward this document to myself on my pc all works fine the font
does not mysteriously change if I do REPLY

thanks

One more detail I have discoverd....this font CALIBRI as identified on the
affected computer.... visually this font is very frilly and old world stlye
to the point of being very hard to read........but I have verified sine this
is not actually the Calibri font..I have looked Calibri up and it is not a
decorative old world style script kind of font ..its very plain jane..... so
this gets even weirder...its like the font name being displayed in the font
box is not the actual font shown
I am sure this detail servers to render this anomoly un explainable ?
