Send/Receive Time Out Error

Outlook 2007 (Vista) times out when attempting to send/receive email. I've
contacted ISP (Insight aka Roadrunner) and they say it's a known issue with
MS. For what it's worth, I have two email accounts setup.

My desktop is running the same setup but with XP and not sure of Outlook
version and it works fine.

It's worked fine for a year and just stopped this week. MS pushed some
update(s) this week so my theory is that it's related to that.

Fo the record, isp's always blame microsoft - it reduces their support
costs.

go to programs and check installed updates - see what was installed right
before it happened and uninstall any that sound like they could be
responsible. Reboot and test.
