send/ button missing - fantom accounts

I have used the email accounts wizard to transfer email accounts from OLE to
Outlook 2003. They appear to have transferred correctly. The results of “Test
Account Settings…†are successful. However, Outlook doesn’t recognize that
any email accounts exist. The Send/Receive button doesn’t appear. When
writing a new email, the “Account†button offers no options.

When I remove the account and tranfer again, "(2)" is added to the account
name as if the first installation of the account is still there.

Does it work when you do it manually? Create a new profile by going to
Control Panel-> Mail-> button SHow Profiles... Contact your ISP if you do
not know the exact mailserver username/password settings.
