select names

I am not able to resize the "select names" dialog box that appears when
selecting "To" for a new email. There is no resizing tool in the lower right
hand corner of the dialog box on my work version of Office 2003 like there is
on my home version. How can I establish this function. Is there a file to
download from web or the Office CD? Thanks.

All installations of Outlook 2003 that I've seen have this option. It is not
an add-on or a patch.
Explain the difference between these two installations and how you are
invoking the address book view.

My computer at home is a stand alone Windows XP w/ Office XP Professional.
The "select names" dialog box is the new XP version and can be resized.

My computer at work is on a MS Small Business Server network that is using
MS Exchange Server. My workstation has MS Office XP Professional. We
recently upgraded from Windows NT server using Exchange Server with Office 97
on the work stations.

The "new mail" screen and the "select names" screen that I am seeing appear
to be the same ones we had in Office 97, not the newer ones that are in
Office XP. I have played with every setting and option I can find, but can't
seem to get the new XP screens.

Thanks for your help.

You changed your story.
None of the versions you now mention is Outlook 2003.
Only Outlook 2003 provides the option to persistently resize the Outlook
Address Book view.
