Security Updates for Blaster Worm

I have downloaded & Installed both updates for the Blaster
Worm in XP(kb823980 & kb824146). If I do a full reinstall
of XP in the future will I have to insatll both patches or
just the latest.

A repair installation of Windows XP will require a visit to
the Windows Update website for reinstallation of all critical
and non-critical updates.
