I keep getting a message from (e-mail address removed) that
has a patch.exe with virus 32.Dumaru@mm.

Is the Microsoft computer sending this?

If not who?

Microsoft is not sending it: Microsoft never sends patches by e-mail.

It's the end result of one of the viruses that's going around at the moment.
