scrolling amount

Somehow, between updates and whatevers, the scroll amount
on IE6 has gone whacky. It used to be that when I clicked
on the right hand scroll bar just above the down arrow, IE
scrolled 1 page worth. Now, it's scrolling about 2 pages,
so that I have to click on the up arrow and move up line
by line. Any idea what might have happened, and more
importantly, how to fix it?
