That is the big problem with strong convictions based on anger.

It makes people very single-minded and aggressive.

The bottom line is that Freeware authors are allowed to place any
restrictions on their software they see fit. At some point it becomes so
restrictive that we no longer perceive it to be "free". Since there are no
real subdivisions of Freeware, I suppose that definition is up to the
individual.

My fondest wish is not necessarily to create a plethora of subdivisions
(Adware, Nagware, Donationware, Registerware). Rather, to restrict the use
of the word "Freeware" only to those programs that "Require no payment or
user input to use forever".
