scanner and camera wizard doesn't appear with Sony DSC-P52

I recently got a Sony DSC-P52 and it doesn't give me the
option to use the scanner and camera wizard like my old
Kodak did. It just shows as a drive which is a pain. It
works ok on my parents PC which also has XP Professional
on it. Does anyone know how to fix this as it must be
possible because it works on another PC with XP Pro and
not mine.
