SBCMSYNC.DLL IS NOT A VALID OFFICE ADD-IN

I had to run the reinstall option my Outlook 2000 on my
Windows 98 cpu. We are on a network using windows 2000.
Now when I open Outlook 2000 on this pc I get a
C:\windows\Profiles\jdoe\Application
Data\Micorsoft\Addins\C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office\SBCMSYNC.DLL' is not a valid Office add-in.
Once I hit ok it works fine but I would like to eliminate
the error. Any suggestions? Thanks.
