SBCMSYNC.DLL and Outlook2003

Hi all, I have a quick question to all of you who use
Outlook 2003. I have just installed Outlook on my new
laptop (with windows 2000 Professional)and seem to have
one problem. Any time I open the program, I get a message
saying that SBCMSYNC.DLL is not a valid Office Add-in. I
checked if I have this DLL installed on my computer, but I
don't. Any suggestion to how to slow my problem. Thanks in
advance for your help.

Thanks a lot for your advise. I read few says ago about
the same problem with OL 2000. I guess we can apply the
same type of solution to this problem.

I doubt this is unique to Outlook 2003. This has been around a long time.
