saving pictures

i have big problem wz my browser , i cant save .jpg pics
as .jpg i have just only choice and it is bitmap ,
my browser just can save pictures as bitmap,
it occurs in the last week affter i inestalled some
microsoft newly updates , what should i do ?
please help me

That happens when the Temporary Internet Files are too full. In IE click
Tools | Internet Options. Click Delete Files in the Temporary Internet
files section of the General tab. On the next window place a check mark in
the box to Delete all offline content.
