Save Target As

Hi, I have IE6 with XP Pro and my browser won't let me
use the right click, Save Target As command for saving
anything off the internet. It doesn't come up with an
error message, simply nothing. I know its got nothing to
do with the content advisor as I have read on other sites
cause mine is disabled. Any thoughts.
