enable "Save Target As.."

Does someone have any idea how I can enable the function of "Save Target As"
when clicking right mouse on Web object (using Internet Explorer 6.0)?
Case:
Somehow I installed a software "flashget" on my computer recently. Then the
"Save Target As" was disabled. I found out I still like using "Save Target
As.." to save an object from Web. However, "Save Target As.." is disabled
even when I click on right mouse.

Try this fix.

Save Target As and Print Target Commands Are Unavailable
When you right-click a Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) link in Microsoft
Internet Explorer, the Save Target As and Print Target commands may be
unavailable.
