Runtime Error

Every time I boot up I receive the following error
message:
Active X component can't create object Scr: Microsoft
VBScript runtime error Line: 6 Error: 0 Scode 800a01ad

I also notice I'm unable to successfully download
Macromedia Flash.

Is there a DLL I should download to correct the problem?
If so, where do I find it?

time I boot with the message ActiveX component can't
