ActiveX error message

We keep getting the following error message
"ActiveX component can't create object
Src: Microsoft VBScript runtime error
Line:4 Error:0 Scode:800a01ad"
How can I fix this?

It comes up within a few seconds after booting up. If I close it, it keeps
coming up. If I don't close it, the same error message wil come up again.
If I don't close either message, no further error messages will come up.

Clean-up Windows Startup:

Run these malware cleaners:

1. Lavasoft Ad-Aware - http://www.lavasoftusa.com
2. SpyBot Search & Destroy - http://www.safer-networking.org
3. CWShredder 2.0 - http://www.intermute.com/spysubtract/cwshredder_download.html

Update 1 & 2 before running a scan.

Then, run a full system virus scan with fully updated definitions.

I had already run the spybot and ad-ware. I followed your advise and I think
cleaning up the Windows Start-up is what did the trick. I used the free
"Autoruns" software on the link you provided.
