Something is starting up with Windows that is failing. You need to find
out what that is. You said you "scanned every part" but didn't say with
what.

First, make sure the computer is virus/malware-free:

If the machine is clean and you are still getting the problem, do
clean-boot troubleshooting:

I am running the Windows Live OneCare which scans for viruses and spyware.
Is that good enough??? oh yeah I also have Windows Defender. So do I need
to just do the clean reboot??

Windows Live OneCare has one of the lowest antivirus rates of
recognition out there. I understand that it is no longer beta, but I
certainly wouldn't recommend it.

Windows Defender is still in beta. Beta software is not finished and is
still in the bug-checking phase. Additionally, no one antispyware
program finds everything. So yes, I would still run through scans with
at least Ad-aware and Spybot after doing the housekeeping preparatory
work listed in the link. Remember to follow the instructions and do all
scans for malware in Safe Mode.

Here is the link again for your convenience:

Then do the clean-boot troubleshooting.

Ok i have done all the stuff...downloaded microtrend, did spybot search and
destory, also windows defender, did the safe mode thing and everything that
is listed on your wed site....and even though my computer is SUPER fast(like
when I purchased it a couple of years ago) it is still popping up (activex
component thing) anyways so I was wondering if I have all my software (as in
my restore disks) and my other types of software can't i just restore it to
my factory settings and fix it that way??? You know this thing only started
happening when I put my kodak software on here maybe I should un\reinstall
it....what is your opinion on that??? Any opinion would be
appreciated.....thanks for ALL you time.

So you didn't do the clean-boot troubleshooting, or the Kodak software
wouldn't be running. The Kodak software is a known troublemaker. I
would definitely disable it from running at startup and see what
happens. You don't need to uninstall it; just disable it per the link I
gave you (and here it is again for your convenience):
