Questions asked here answered here :)

Please be advised that this a "Registry Edit"
Do not perform this task if you are not comfortable with Registry editing.

Type "regedit" (no quotes) in your Run > Dialog Box.
Navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt
Remove offensive item(s). This is *not* a complete fix.

Scan your system for Spyware, download and run SpyBot Search & Destroy
(Advanced Users) Lavasoft's Ad-aware (novice users).

HTH and post back your findings.

You can remove a right-click context menu option in Internet Explorer using
these steps:

Removal Tool:
~~~~~~~~~~
ToolbarCop:
http://www.mvps.org/sramesh2k/utils/ToolbarCop.exe
Manual Procedure:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~

1. Click [Start] [Run] type [REGEDIT]
2. Navigate to the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\MenuExt.
Each subkey of this key represents one menu item. Many will include an
ampersand (&) to define the underlined key associated with the command.

Highlight the key you want to delete (for example,
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt\Zoom &In).
Choose Export from the Registry menu and export that branch to a file.

Now delete the key.

Additionally: Run Ad-Aware to eliminate the spyware products from the
system, which is creating the problem. Download Ad-Aware from
www.lavasoftusa.com. Dont forget to "update" it.
