Slightly embarrassed

I've been experience an embarrassing situation with my
drop down menu on my laptop. When I right click on any
webpage, the drop down menu that includes copy, paste,
etc. also has a link to a porn site that reads ">>>FREE
PORN GALLERIES<<<" right above properties. Does anyone
know how I can remove that from my computer? I tried to
ask Dell, but all they came up with was reinstalling
windows, which is a really big hassle.

Thanks,

Start by installing Spybot Search & Destroy. Be sure to get all the updates
when you start it.

Start-Run-Regedit.
Navigate to this key and see if your offending item is there in the
list of sub-keys. If so, then remove it.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt

Get Spybot as Steve suggests, as you probably have more parasite
removal to do.
