When I get the pulldown menu after I right click on a page, there is an
unwanted porn link that shows up right above the "properties" button. How
do I edit this menu list?

Navigate to this key >
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt]
Remove offending items.
