Hi,

My boss has email addreses for two companies, (e-mail address removed) and
(e-mail address removed) - both companies mail is hosted on our exchange 2003 server.

We want him to have the ability to access both mailboxes from the same
windows logon account, and to be able to send email as the correct identity.
ie if he is logged on as (e-mail address removed) - he can send email with the reply
address of (e-mail address removed) similarly we would want him to also send email as
(e-mail address removed) with a reply address of (e-mail address removed)

Years ago I remenber being able to do this in Exchange 5 but for the life of
me cannot see how to do it in Ex2003/Outlook2003.

Hope someone can give me a pointer

Hi
If you hosted Both domains in your exchange you could delegate control to
the user for both domains as a Propietary and then configure both emal
adress in just one outlook profile and finally add in his outlook
configuration the "from" option so when he what to answer from one or the
other he must type from which e mail adress want to answer
It´s the only way I think it could do
