Repost: Some pages show as totally blank

Nobody's been able to help so far so I'm reposting:

Note that this is a clean, fully updated XP computer. Ad
aware scans run clean, etc..

I've had this issue on this computer where many web pages
show as totally blank (just a white page, no text, no
error etc..)

It's only on certain pages such as www.avis.com or
www.yellowpages.ca

I simply can't access them. I've tried resetting my
settings, lowering security, removing all updates,
reinstalling updates, etc..

Please advise *

I was able to resolve the issue by creating a new
identity and switching to it :
