Some pages show as totally blank

I've had this issue on this computer where many web pages
show as totally blank (just a white page, no text, no
error etc..)

It's only on certain pages such as www.avis.com

I simply can't access them. I've tried resetting my
settings, lowering security, removing all updates,
reinstalling updates, etc..

Please advise *
