Remove "Save this password..." Checkbox

We use a proxy server that requires authentication. On
the "Enter Network Password" window, there is an option
to "Save this password in your password list" checkbox. I
have seen a Q document that shows how to remove the
checkbox via a registry hack. I cannot find the Q
document. Does someone know the document number?
