Remote Desktop Issue

Dear all,

I use Remote Desktop on Windows XP Pro SP2 with latest updates to help my
users.
On some of the computers, Remote Assistance doesn't work.

I get an error message:

"Remote Assistance connection could not be established because the public
key provided in this connection request did not match."

How can I solve my issue ?
I already check policies and firewall is disabled.

Thanks for your help !

Hi Robert,

No, I use it on our LAN.
But on two different sites.
We have leased line between sites.
But I think that network configuration is not a problem as it work on some
computers !
