Remote Assistance connection - public key error

When try to connect using a Remote assistance request I get the
following error:
Remote Assistance connection could not be established because the
public key provided in this connection request did not match

I have turned off all firewalls on the PC I am trying to connect to and
this usually fixes this issue, but now I can not connect to one remote
network. Was able to connect in the past and I can connect to other PCs
on other networks via remote assistance reuqests.
