Registration and oem numbers unusable

I had to restore my computer and when I tried to register it all I got was
that the
OEM Number is wrong. Then I called windows for help and of course you have to
pay and I can't afford that and then it asked me for the registration
numbers and that also said that it was not a valid number yet windows gave me
a new number
the last time I need it. So now I can't register windows and can't afford to
pay
windows for help. What can I do???

Well, since registration is entirely optional and carries no real
benefits, just don't worry about it.
