Receiving totally blank emails - To, From, Subject, & Body blank

Numerous times during the day, I receive emails that are completely blank.
There is nothing in the To, From, Subject, or Body sections.

A lot of people are in the same boat. Just delete them. It's coming from a
spewer on the Internet.
