Ready to pay tech support to get H&S Ctr working???

I have WinXP Home SP1. I have tried tons of things and suggestions to get
Help and Support Center working again. But it won't work. I have
re-installed from my CD, I've restored, and more. The main error I get is
module is missing Does not tell me which one. I have confirmed that files
Helpsvc.exe and HelpCtr.exe exist. So, I am ready to pay to get this
service back up and running. It provides me a lot of direction. I bought
the computer from Dell but since I will have to pay for this I'd prefer to
go through Microsoft. Can any Microsoft people out there direct me?

Did Help an Support Center ever work on the Dell ? If it did it must of come
off the disk that you have. Something that you have installed since is
interfering with its operation. You will have to find the interfering
software. Jym
