When I start to install any new programm from a CD, the installer is in
Hungarian language. How I can changed that to English?

Purchase an English version of the program in question.

The Computer language
is English. I have Win XP Pro.

Not relevant, in this case.

The software were purchased here in US last week. It is the HP Printer
software.

This happened to me last year. All of a sudden, my newer English set up were
all being installed by a French installer.Make sure that the "Advanced Tab"
"Language for non-Unicode programs" is correctly set to English.

This setting "may" change if you add additional keyboard languages.
