proxy authentication does not save password ???

i have a desktop xp sp2 with all update and when i check the box save my
password
at my proxy authentication that doesnt save it ???

i check all suggestion on the discussion groups but no one can answer my
problem.

plz help me !!

Is this through a proxy server outside of your control, say at work? If so,
then the admins of said proxy server have probably disabled this feature for
security reasons.

And make sure password cache-ing is not disabled:

Finally make sure the Protected Storage Service is running and is not
disabled.

nop the admin does not make it like you say because i am the admin !

the password save work fine on all the computer (1000pc) but only this one
give me some problem.

tk for your advice but if you have other clues give them to me.
