programme problems

hiya...im having problems with all my programmes..(ie poker
clients/games/anti virus etc ).for some reason when i close them down and
then try to re-open them they will not open.. i have to reboot my pc..this is
driving me crazy..any help greatly appreciated

Start by ensuring your machine is viral/malware free.
D/L and run the following from safe mode

http://www.trendmicro.com/download/dcs.asp

Then get the latest patern file here
http://www.trendmicro.com/download/viruspattern.asp

http://www.ik-cs.com/programs/virtools/SmitFraud.exe
