Program To Recover Deleted (Erased) Files From CD-RWs

I have a few CD-RWs that I formatted with Nero's InCD software to store
videos (avi, mpg, wmv,etc.). Some time ago, I erased these files from the
CD-RWs (right click on the drive, click "InCD Erase"). I'm not sure, but I
think I clicked on "Quick Erase"; but I may have also clicked on "Erase" for
some of them CD-RWs. I haven't used these CD-RWs for anything since I erased
the files.
Now, I'd like to recover as many of those erased files as possible.
I did a search, but the freeware programs I found seemed to fro use with
hard drives and wouldn't recognize the CD-RW media or were for recovering
deleted files from the Recycle Bin.
I found a few programs that seemed geared toward CDs, but they were for
recovering files from CDs with scratches..
I'd appreciate it if anyone has some experience with this sort of problem
and/or can recommend some freeware that will allow me to recover these
files.
Thanks

I haven't had much chance to try it out but this sounds promising.

This one is nagware or I believe you can register a freeware version. As
far as I can tell, the only limitation of the freeware version is that it
won't let you actually recover files from certain types of filesystems.

"Part of the functionality related to the UDF and HFS(+) file-systems is
not free and needs to be paid for. This is the extraction of files that
come from the UDF [drag & drop software] or HFS(+) [Macintosh] file-
systems. So, all functionality is present, including scanning and finding
of lost files, but if you actually want to extract (copy) a file from the
UDF or HFS file-system you need a valid registration."

Good luck.
