Program error

I am getting an error message ( Windows Defender encountered an error:
0x80004003. Invalid pointer) when hitting the "Start Scan" button. I only
see this button available on the home page when I haven't scanned my system
for a few days and Denender promts me to set up a scan everyday.

Hello s Vezey,

The workaround is to do the scan via the menu choices, rather than using the
button.

Just out of interest. What version of Windows Defender and Engine, are you
using?

This is the correct and final:
WD v. 1.1.1347.0
Engine v. 1.1.1372.0
Signature v. 1.14.1404.6
