Program compatibilty wizard not working

I am trying to use the program compatibility wizard and
when it comes up the "back" and "next" buttons are there
but not operable. I can not go any further into the
wizard. Any idea or suggestions?

As do I have the same problem, but it says im missing scrrun.dll and I have it on my computer but i dont know how to reinstall that file. I put that file on my pc from the windows cd, but i cannot open it becuase i do not have teh right program to open it.., i can open program compatibility wizard but the next, back and cancel buttons are invisible, i cannot see them, is there anything i can/could do so i could use program compatibility wizard?

Yeah same here, but only my buttons show up as invisble, and i can only click the 3rd one which i believe is probably cancel, what do i do so the buttons will show up and i can use it?
