Program Compatibilty wizard help!!

Hi,
I am trying to run the Program Compatibilty wizard. The program opens but the buttons' names continue, next and exit are not visible and they do not function also. the exit button , I guess, works because when I click it the program closes.
Can anybody help me with this one please...
