Processor Interrupts

Windows 2000 Server goes down about every 3-4 days. The
health monitor says something about processor
interrupts>7000/sec. I have no idea what this means.
What is this? How do I fix it? I am running a 3 x 700
Xeon machine with 2.5GB Ram. thanks.

Sorry we need a little more info here.

What do you mean by the server going down? What are the specific
symptoms?
How do you recover from the problem?
Do you have any critical errors in you system event log?
What health monitor are you talking about?
