Problem with processor interrupts.

R

Rich

My Windows 2000 server goes down about every 3 days- a
real pain in the ass. When I view the health monitor in
the administrators console, the processor interrupts/sec
are always greater than 7,000/sec. What does this mean?
How do I fix this problem? I am running 3 x 700MHz Xeon
processors with 2.3G of RAM. Thanks.

Hello rich,
I'd suggest you run a performance monitor to determine what is causing the
processor to hang. Also you may want to post to the Windows performance
newsgroup. This is the Security newsgroup.
