Processor: Interrupts RESET

Hi all

I have a HP DL380 with 1GB of RAM as our network file server, running
Windows 2000 server - it is due for decomissioning in the new year.

Over the last two weeks we have noticed server freezes every two minutes,
and in the application event log, we have noticed the following:

HealthMon - Processor - Interrupts per second: RESET for instance 1

This supposed 'reset' corresponds with the slight freezes which occurs on
the server.

Can anyone shed any light on this for me?
