After clicking the 'sites' button on the privacy pane in internet options -
the slider was on medium - to enable management of 'per site privacy
actions', it was while looking at the box that came up and scrolling through
the list I thought of a website to add to the list but accidentally clicked
the 'remove all' button. Now the 'list' which was quite large is gone
completely. Does anybody know where this list comes from and how it gets on
your computer? Maybe with a free download of I.E. 6? Or Perhaps as part of
Norton Internet Security 2005? I would like to restore it, if that is
possible, to ensure that I am protected from whatever sites were on the list
because they ALL had the setting 'always block' by default. Anyone know if
this is possible and how to do it?
I am using Win' XP sp2; I.E.6; Norton Internet Security 2005 and Norton
System Works Premier 2005; Spyware Doctor 3.2, Spyware Blaster 3.5.1, Adaware
SE 1.06 and Microsoft Anti-Spyware and Free Internet Eraser 2.05 - all 'free'
from the net or Microsoft Windows XP, The Official Magazine as well as AOL
Anti-Spyware (I connect using AOL 9.0 for Broadband)
Many thanks in advance
