Problem with MS antispyware Real Time Protection

There are two application agent checkpoints located in the Real Time
Protection section of the program that have been deactivated. I have tried
to activate both of these with no success. I am able to deactivate and
activate other items on the list with no problem. I have run both
antispyware and virus scans but they are showing no problems. I had also
tried the fix listed on this board with regard to running the
regsvr32........etc but that had no effect either. The two items are:
process execution and script blocking.
Do I have some type of malware that had deactivated these items? or is there
a bug in the program?

You can repair Windows AntiSpyware using Add or Remove Programs in Control
Panel. Click Microsoft AntiSpyware and click Change. Click Next, and then
click Updªte.

The script is bugged
